I've made my order today, when will I receive it?

YAY! All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after Friday 12noon, Saturday, Sunday will sent out on the next working day. Please check our shipping policy for the specific days required for the parcel to reach your country. Kindly expect a little delay during this period.

How can I put the phone grip on my phone cover?

Simply just peel off the adhesive and stick it on your phone cover.
Note that it cannot be placed on the following types of phone cover: 

• Mirrored Covers

• Thin TPU Covers

I will like to design my own casing!

Do drop by our physical store at Orchard Central, we have a range of charms available for your liking. Select the charms and phone cover and we will be able to make it for you on the spot!
